“Outstanding customer service and the best pricing available along with a vast selection to choose from! Initially contacted them to hopefully replace a remote control from a 20+ year-old HTT massage chair, which is no longer available and ended up purchasing a new absolutely amazing HTT WholeBody ROVE priced far beneath all the competition. Orlis Hernandez along with all of his colleagues i spoke with, Tara, Bruce, Philip, and Tom were all extremely friendly and provided the answers to all the many questions I put forth. I would not hesitate to recommend the Back Store!”
“I am so glad we made the trip to this store..we flew from San Francisco just to get the chair. Orlis was so helpful in explaining the different chairs. We had time to ourselves to try out different ones and decide what was best. I didn't know there were different sizes and Orlis helped us pick out which one was best. His service was beyond awesome! It was such an easy, pleasant experience. He checked and the chair/color options we wanted was in stock and let us know when we would expect to receive it. It came right as he said and we are so pleased with this. This was replacing a chair we had worn out...if we had more room in the house I'd get another chair now.”

Please be advised, they moved to a new location a couple of years ago and somehow the map apps sometimes mess up and direct people to the old location on Midland Road. THE BARN IS NOT OUT OF BUSINESS, they have moved. Their website and social media reflect the current address on Danielson St. Google and Apple Maps are not “the website” so it is extremely unfair to leave the store a 1 star review based on bad info on Map apps.”
