I finally bit the bullet when I saw the velvet ones and found out shipping was free and they were here locally in SD. I received my order in 2 business days. Not only do they fit perfectly, I'm absolutely amazed by how comfortable they are with zero rubbing. I wore them to Knott's Berry Farm yesterday and brought bandaids just in case. I never needed them and felt like I could walk for days. I'm definitely sold on the brand and look forward to purchasing more!”

He was very professional and so friendly. He gave me a run down on the history of the company and everything. Will definitely come here when I need a pair of boots. The only reason I didn’t buy any is because I have Redwings already and they last forever!”

“Me and my daughter came here for her bday shopping spree. It’s so much better to be able to try the shoes on in store than shopping online. Almost always have to exchange. Cielo checked us out and was very friendly and helpful. She helped my daughter set up a DSW account so she would get points. She also took the time to Manually add her Bday so she would get a gift next year. It’s always such a plus to have a good associate in store. It makes you want to come back. Cielo did a great job. They always have an amazing selection for everyone. I have been here a couple times and I always find something I like. My daughter has been here a couple times in the past months. It’s the first shoe place she wants to go.”

“Located inside the North County Mall on the 3rd floor. They have many different options, such as Sketchers, Converse, Doc Martin's, Nike, and more. The store is pretty small but always has popular choices. If you're looking for something super comfortable, though, better for the body, go to a place like Road Runner Sports (you don't have to do sports to go there...buy Brooks). This Journeys has shoes at the same prices as everywhere else.”

“I came in looking for specific converse for my daughter. The woman was helpful in finding it. I had to buy a half size too big because that's all they had but she assured me I could return them if they didn't fit.
Then, I got distracted with something urgent while paying. I apologized, but she was patient, took my card and handled everything for me. This was amazing and I can't thank her enough for this.”
