“We booked an hour for a soccer team social and it was a blast! We had enough people to rent out the whole inside area. Xander and Claire were our coaches and they were both great. Xander led us through the safety requirements and then let us practice and take turns while giving follow-up tips. Parents and players had room to move around between the throwing cages. There was a central area with couches and tables for people to hang out too. Overall, it was a great time and neat experience.”

The surroundings are beautiful, serene, and unlike any traditional venue, making the entire experience feel meaningful and special.
The owner Troy, was exceptionally helpful and genuinely hospitable, going out of his way to ensure everythjng was running smoothly. Their warmth and care, both for guests and for the animals, really stood out.

“We joined Santaluz really not knowing what to expect. My wife and I are not 'country club' type people. We liked the looks of the club and the people we met. That was just the beginning. Our family (2 young daughters and us) have met lifelong friends here. The restaurants, service, pool, racquet sports are all awesome (we don't play golf so not sure about that!).In particular, the pickleball program is amazing. Victor is the Pickleball Pro at the club and he is extremely knowledgable and willing to help anybody at any level.If you are considering joining a club in the area, we highly recommend Santaluz”

“I was recently a guest for two rounds of golf here. The course was in amazing shape. It is a tough track, so you need to be accurate with your shots. The vegetation will eat up the golf ball if you have a miss hit. The food was amazing. The service was top notch. We met the owner who was very pleasant and a joy to talk with.”
“I recently moved to Escondido and stumbled upon the winery at random ended up purchasing snacks ground beef nachos and hot dogs I ended up going home with a beef box I normally do a monthly meat box from a online company I will definitely be using these guys from now on”

“My wife and I just had our wedding at Encore Event Center. The prices were reasonable, it wasn't hard to keep contact with the site coordinators, and the wedding was absolutely beautiful thanks to the decor work the staff put in. With the exception of their Head of Security whom I have problems with his actions- the rest of the staff was absolutely amazing. Their lead chef in the kitchen was am absolute delight, the site supervisor was a pleasure to work with, and their in-house bartender was amazing. Even the general staff for both kitchen and maintenance were pleasant and helpful.So with the exception of their head of security whom I've already informed management privately the issues we had, I'm happy to absolutely refer people to Myst.There is one very important note everyone renting for a wedding needs to be aware of. The bridal suite also houses the manager offices. Please take that into account, and make sure that the brides maids will be given privacy to change.”

The team kept the event on schedule without making it feel rushed. The bar service was fast, and the food came out hot and well-portioned. No stress, just a great night.”

“Somewhat smooth check-in, clean lobby and breakfast area, clean pool and outside areas. Very clean, well kept rooms. We got the one bedroom suite with two queen beds. Very spacious, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was perfect! The pool was kind of heated but still great! No jacuzzi/spa but had a nice fireplace area to relax around. The two hispanic men working the front desk were so kind and helpful during our stay. The maintenance and housekeeping staff was pleasant every time we saw them. I loved everything about this stay, the only complaint I had was the not so friendly asian girl at check-in. It is near impossible for her to understand basic questions and hard to understand her while she sits and watches YouTube on her work computer and made it seem like you were bothering her. Ew ? Other than that, we will 1000% be back to stay here when we come back home to San Diego to visit for 3+ night stays. Absolutely loved it!”
“Prepare yourself, this course is tough, probably one of the toughest in San Diego county. Fairways and green are in good shape, and staff is friendly. Great course with great views and lots of challenges. There are some patchy spots if you mis-hit off the fairway, but overall for the price point of around $40-$50 on a weekday, the course is hard to beat for the thrills it brings. Highly recommend, go and try it out!”

“I cannot recommend Maderas enough for a wedding venue! My husband and I had toured many wedding venues and none of them stood out to us. When we drove up to Maderas we were stunned by how beautiful it is. The lush hills and greenery were so stunning. We met with Chelsea and she was so kind and thorough. We decided to go with Maderas after sleeping on it. Maderas also helps you plan your wedding perfectly. Marcella was the best! She was constantly on it and efficient.
