“I cannot recommend Quality Rx and the owner Roy enough! We started using Roy's pharmacy when we needed a compounded medication for our cat Cali who was dealing with a worsening of her chronic kidney disease. The pharmacies we had previously used were unable to compound and so we were thankful to find Quality Rx here in Ramona. Roy got us the medication same day, provided free syringes, and offered to add a flavor for free if Cali didn't take to it well unflavored. We had to add a second medication later on and Roy helped contact the Vet to make sure he got the Rx even though it was close to closing for him. He is very communicative and clearly genuinely cares for the people and patients he cares for. My wife and I are thankful that Roy is here as a local business owner and we plan to continue using him for our pharmacy needs. Please consider trying Roy and Quality Rx over a big box store like CVS.”
