“The LazyBoy store where I purchased my sofa has closed, another area store didn't answer the phone, so third try was truly a charming experience. The staff here answered all my questions, of which there were many, ordered the product I needed, finished paperwork remotely, all a 5 star experience. This store exemplifies the excellent service I have always received at LazyBoy. Don't hesitate to shop this store, you won't be sorry. Just visited this store in July of this year, ordered one chair and bought another to be delivered Wednesday. This store is definitely the place to shop. Great experience.”

“We absolutely love our custom fountain from Casual Elements. I do not know how I came across their instagram page but I’m beyond happy that I did.
There will be never be enough words of praise to show how much we appreciate the time, effort, follow up, attention to detail that George put into our fountain. Both George & Robbie gave us regular updates and photos throughout and we felt so happy to be constantly updated. We love that nobody else will have the same fountain and that’s all possible thanks to George. “Can't say enough good things about the crew at the Pro Desk/Checkout. Jordan and Tom, Sharon and Jory. This is true old fashioned customer service being delivered consistently. They are always willing to help us find a product, load our truck, and check in with us to see if we have any other needs that they can help out with.
As a contractor we're always limited on time and looking for the best product at the best price. Lowes far surpases those other guys. The store is clean, well lit and well stocked. Thank you for making our many shopping experiences something we don't dread.”
