“What a great experience at this store! Hubby and I came out of a T-Mobile store nearby feeling so sad for the awful service. A young, light skin lady with braids basically sent us away, said we should do the “trade-in” through the app and not come to the store. She was dismissive and distracted. She refused to understand we wanted to pay 1x and not add to monthly charges. She seemed annoyed as if we were in her way.

My husband decided to pull into this store (7311 W Stockton Blvd Ste 110, Sacramento, CA 95823) and it was amazing! Our sales rep was Nefertiti, and she was such a knowledgeable delight! Friendly, inquiring about what we were looking for, and matching us with the best product options. I walked out with a new phone (trade in), new screen protector, cover and T-Mobile CC (I don’t even like CC) and she highlighted a monthly discount we were not using. Nefertiti was able to educate us on deals and ways to take advantage of the CC and. Amazing customer service. Honorable mention to the gentleman that was working with her, he was able to lend quick assist, and they genuinely seemed to enjoy the service being provided.

“I disconnected the internet at work and I was having trouble getting reconnected. Of course I called in to customer service and was able to get support right away without a long hold time. Everyone was super nice from Niko (sorry if I misspelled your name) to Mark. Mark checked on my ticket that was open and was very friendly and knew what I was asking even if I didn't. Mark took the time to explain what to look at and do. I had trouble finding our network name and password. Within 20 mins later, Mark called me back and was able to provide that information for me and suggest I call back if I continued to have issues. I know Mark took his time to find the network name and password and that is really appreciated as other companies I've experienced would have just send someone out because it's easier to do instead of doing the research after business hours. Thank you Mark for your patience and help!”
