Love That Dog & Cat
8553 E 9th St, Rancho CucamongaWe've been through a number of shop and mobile groomers, and while there have been some good ones, Love That Dog and Cat has been far-and-away the best. Priscilla is always on time and professional, and lets me know when she's a bit early or needs to change the schedule (which almost never happens). She's authentically loving and warm with our dogs (two high-energy mini dachshunds). Previously, my doxies tended to look slightly traumatized after a grooming, but they always look happy and relaxed when I retrieve them from Priscilla. She even has a sweet and super mellow "support pup" (a little Frenchie named Gator) that sits with my more high-strung pup as his brother is getting groomed, keeping him calm while he waits. She always does a wonderful job with them; they look and smell great! She's strictly mobile now, and she has a wonderful mobile grooming salon truck/trailer (extremely clean and neat) that fits perfectly into a larger parking spot, about the size of a large-cab truck; this is great since we live in a small condo complex and parking is spotty. The price is moderate for a mobile groomer (you're paying for the convenience of her coming to you) and she's worth every penny for the stress it saves our dogs from going through. I also need to mention that Priscilla does deep dental cleaning as well, while the pups are awake, without anesthetic, which completely floors me. She sends before and after photos of our dog's teeth, and again, the dogs are always happy and relaxed afterwards. She has annual specials that help with the price on this. For small dogs, especially, dental care is super important to their overall health, and we're so happy we found someone who can contribute to proactively helping keep our pups healthy (with all their teeth)! If you're looking for a mobile groomer, Priscilla is the one to go with.

We really like that our dog doesn't have to sit in a cage at a brick and mortar establishment, waiting for hours, just to finally get groomed. We believe it to better in every way, when you can book an appointment and they come to you and far less stressful for your fur baby. They are prompt, clean, friendly and do beautiful work, very professional. We happily recommend them.

She was the only behavioralist trainer that didn’t do prong collars or e collars (which was important to me) and did not do treats but instead praise (I didn’t want to depend on treats forever). After two sessions my Yorkie has completely changed. He walks confidently behind/next to me on his leash, has learned the foundation of commands, and has taught me how to be a pack leader! Nancy taught me the importance of identifying and understanding how to read dog body language, establish my place in the pecking order and how to redirect my Yorkie’s aggression. Thank you for your help Nancy and will be recommending to any new dog owner!
