Only caveat is to be prepared for delays if your purchase is not in stock or requires parts -- made in Italy and not always prompt or "on time" fulfillment. Ronda offered her ergonomic advice generously, helping me to see not only did I have a bad chair, I was sitting in a way that was causing tension. We bought the Alera Elusion chair and it's the most comfortable office chair I've ever used! It's like I'm floating. Ronda's guidance about how to sit in the chair and also to have the keyboard below the computer has made a world of difference. I work with ease and comfort now! She never tried to sell us anything, just offered her caring guidance. It works out Arenson had the lowest price on the Elusion and it came with a free ergonomic lesson, thanks to Ronda.
