“I noticed that when it comes to reviews about people, places or things they heavily lean towards being negative and absolutely do not promote 5 star reviews as they do 1 star reviews. This is the sole reason why I am leaving a review today.

In RSM it's hot as heck outside and Walgreens keeps the store inside so cool it's like an oasis in a dry desert. That is the first thing I noticed.

Secondly...the customer service was AMAZING today. A pharmacy technician named Bria immediately recognized me as a customer as soon I approached the pick up line and greeted with a smile and stellar customer service. She was extremely quick and efficient when it came to checking me out and when I raised a question about switching the generic medication I received to another one, she didn't put up a wall or try to block me from having that switch made. She took the initiative to head over to the pharmacist and work on having my request taken care of.

It's the fact that she cared and was willing to help find a solution over coming up with reasons why we can't do that. THAT is what led me to write this.

Between Bria's customer service and the lead Pharmacist going above and beyond for customers around me I felt I had to take a seat in the wait section to place this review.

Thank you Walgreens RSM pharmacy team for being who you are! Walgreens will remain to be my go-to pharmacy for all my medication needs.

“Maria is so kind and thoughtful about her staff members. This is one of the few circle k that doesn’t have fountain drinks, yet she is always making sure everyone is hydrated or had their coffee/tea. She makes this small area feel cozy like home. I am so happy she gets two run two small circle k, hopefully they let her run a big one. Customer are always happy to walk in and greet everyone. Her assistant manager at this location is also amazing. I know the new location will soon be receiving amazing customers like this one. Thank you Maria”

“Came this week for a carwash. My kids leave a mess after their soccer games and thankfully the young man Alexis was great at getting my car right. He made sure to give the attention to my car that was needed. I definitely recommend! Once again thank you Alexis.”

“I love this gas station. The cashiers are always friendly, great selection of beverages and snacks. The restrooms are always clean which is a major plus at a gas station. Not to mention, can't beat the gas prices. I have to add that the hand sanitizer at the pumps smells amazing! Don't forget to sanitize before jumping back in the car and enjoy the scent!”

“For all y’all saying “it’s not even a 7-11” you can use the 7-11 app for rewards and deals when buying there. It takes a while to transition to a new name. Great people and quick lines.”

“I know this car wash has received some poor reviews. I've been going for years, and it's on par with other car washes I've been to. This last time, I noticed that the sunroof was overlooked. I contacted them, and they bent over backward to make sure that I'm happy with their service. My recommendation is that if there's something you aren't satisfied with, you let them know. They want to make sure that their customers are happy.”
