Just have some form of id and your food benefits card. Ask about upgrading phones for 10 bucks and if you can afford it. Consider leaving them a 5 or 10 dollar tip to help make sure they stay taking care of us all at this location. Well worth it. Don't go anywhere else. Note. T-Mobile network gets much better coverage then any and all other carriers networks. Especially in the hills westward of Redding.”

“So a little bit of context: I left tmobile a few years ago after a debacle over an iPhone. I recently switched back because I had Verizon, and their 5G was not very reliable.
I tried to do the switch and save, and I’ve never had such a headache inducing month with anything like this. I didn’t receive instruction on how to do it in the beginning, I was lead to believe I would just receive an email for when it was ready,, but I never did.
So now, unfortunately, I have to dish out the 600 bucks to pay off my phone, and not to mention, this debacle has affected the due date, so I may have to pay a late fee.
So if you switch over to T-Mobile, make sure your phone is already paid off. The process for “switch and save” is tedious, and by the time you hear anything back, your bill is already most likely due.
UPDATE: T-MOBILE has redeemed themselves. A great customer service rep. helped me out on my switch and save, and even expedited the payment to pay off my phone.
Thank you guys very much for your assistance, and I am very pleased with the results. You guys have earned a lifetime customer.”

“Wow, I’m surprised to see such poor reviews. Maybe this store has hired new people since then. On 12/31/25, I had a pretty bad experience at my former carrier, AT&T. After the holiday, I went to shop for a different one and needed a new phone. After being in several, one where I wasn’t even acknowledged for 10 minutes (no “hi”, “we’ll be right with you” nor eye contact); I appreciate that Spectrum has a self check-in so you’re not waiting on someone and can get in line. You’re going to wait at any store. Eric, who helped me was amazing and remembered my name when I returned to make my purchase. And from what I could tell, all the employees seemed pleasant, helpful and professional. No “smoke breaks” that I could see. I was completely satisfied when I left and oh, by the way, I’m saving $70/month for the first year. I gave 4 stars because perfection would be not waiting at all.”

Dane jumped right in and while it took 2 hours (and 2 calls to AT&T corporate) Dane got it all figured out for us, and at a better price than expected!
BONUS: Dane also took the time to help get ALL of the data off of three phones (including the broken one) onto the new phones. Dane earned hero status in our eyes!”
