“Andi Rosario was amazing and a God-send. I was rushing to find last-minute Christmas gifts for 15 of my employees and wasn't sure what to get while being cost conscious. Andi not only gave recommendations, but also checked the stock in back to find additional items, and told me about "Backstage." I had no idea it was there; and I was able to find additional gifts that were more personal. He went as far as helping me sort everything out to ensure I had all the items needed and everyone was accounted for. I honestly wish I could have given him a tip. I appreciate great customer service, an excellent customer experience, and feeling valued as a customer. Andi definitely went above and beyond and I truly appreciate him for that. You have a gem in him as an employee.”

“Customer service reigns supreme at this small chain of European shoe stores. Saw a pair of Spanish clogs at their Santa Barbara store. The wonderful German manager ordered me a pair and I picked up in Redondo a week later. Shoes lines are extremely well designed and curated for comfort and style, but not cheap. ( i.e.walk all day in them) My cobalt blue clogs were $180 and I get compliments every time I wear them. ALL DAY comfort. I will be back. German, Spanish, Italian, Danish and US brands.”
