“I went shopping with my daughter to finish Christmas shopping. I was trying to use a gift card that was given to me. I accidentally tore off the code. I asked Carlos if there was anything I can do. He put my torn paper together, he made out 7 of 8 numbers then started punching in numbers looking for the right combo. He did it on the 4th try. I was so impressed he took the time to help us. “I have to give it to Kohl’s because all their stores are pretty much the same when it comes to excellence. This one in particular, it’s always well organized, clean, and their customer service is excellent. The prices are great, and even better when you can use their coupons. Plus some days you can get Kohl’s cash, which is good. There’s a Sephora in here, but keep in mind that the Sephora’s here might not have all the stuff that stand alone Sephoras have. However, you’ll still find a great selection here. And I have to give a shout out to the customer service at this specific Sephora, the guy was just awesome. He sounded so genuinely friendly, and happy to help. Thank you!”
