“We are contractors and use this Sherwin Williams for MANY projects! Their customer service is great, always willing to help and very knowledgeable. We call in orders and they have them ready and waiting for our workers in record time! More recently I have been paint shopping for our home and had the HARDEST time choosing the PERFECT paint for our bedroom, I literally chose 2 dozen samples before deciding on one of my original 4 ! “Recently came by to get my plaster matched. I was fortunate enough to have Evan help me. Super kind! I can tell Evan tried his best to match my original formula and I so appreciate that! He did warn me ahead of time that it would be difficult to match because we were going from gallon to a quart and the minimum amount of blue was already being used in the gallon. Once I came home I used the plaster and could not tell there was a noticeable difference until it dried. I called Benjamin Moore and Evan answered. He had the best customer service and remembered the situation. I can tell he just wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my color. I told him I'd just come back to purchase the gallon to get the exact color match and he was kind enough to offer a price adjustment. I went in another day to get a gallon to match my original formula exactly and there was another young man who was there (i won't call out his name). I tried to explain to him the situation but he was adamant about not giving me an adjustment unless I had the quart can even though I had already spoken to Evan about it. He said I could go home and come back if I wanted the price adjustment. Such an inconvenience. Although he was probably right about me needing to bring back the quart can, I was extremely disappointed and turned off by the lack of understanding that he had. It was Evan's customer service that had me come back the second time despite not having the exact color match. Thank you Evan and Gabe. You both were very kind and I appreciate you guys going the extra mile to accommodate your customers.”
“I am not a pro auto painter but have painted a few cars a year for the last 20 yrs(a few motor cycles and some spot repairs) all i can say is they have done a great job matching any color that i have needed including custom pearls metalics and pastels. They have very good prices and good service.The only complaint i would have is sometimes they close a bit early if bussiness is slow so just call ahead if you are going to get there close to closing time. I highly recomend them if you have a hard to match color or just need common body shop supplies.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. I came in with a non standard regulator valve that I needed an adaptor for. They spent a good amount of time trying to find an adaptor for it, without success unfortunately, and actually broke the regulator in the process. It was entirely accidental, and done with my consent knowing the risk, but they felt bad and have me a discount on a replacement regulator with more standard fittings.”

Dilni came up with amazing ideas for stucco color/trim/door that we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. She was very prompt in answering follow up questions. The Project came out fantastic. “We are remodeling our home and needed to shop for paint, so we visited the Dunn-Edwards store in Van Nuys. We scheduled a consultation with Karen, the color specialist, who was incredibly professional and hospitable.
Our home is a two-story, five-bedroom, four-bathroom space, and we needed different paint colors for various areas, including the kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and bedrooms. While we had some ideas about the colors we were leaning toward, we weren’t fully aware of all the options available. Karen guided us through the selection process by presenting different color choices, combinations, and samples.
Beyond helping us choose colors, she also explained the differences in gloss levels and recommended the best finishes for different spaces, such as kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms. Thanks to her expertise, we were able to finalize our color selections in about an hour.
