“Nelli was outstanding! I hate phone shopping and all the corporate sales plan games and switching promotions and general FOMO trickery by phone companies but theyre a necessary evil. Nelli took the time to explain my current plan which had an issue, and he got it worked out with the home office, took the time to break down all of my options since I really wanted to see what was available since we had multiple lines and devices. I had to be clear on it and take notes because I had to explain it to multiple people on our account. Thanks to Nelli for being a professional. I had gone to two other stores and just didn't want to give them my business because of the way they carried themselves and interacted. Everyone at this location was cordial and professional and head and shoulders above other stores in town i went to previously.”
“The staff at this location is what makes it a 5-star review. Many thanks to K. We stopped by during the week and the store was empty. As soon as we walked in, K greeted us and allowed us to let him know why we were there. He did not try to upsell or anything but instead gave us his honest opinion about selecting the best option to save money. He was very genuine. We came in for a usual upgrade but went another route based on K's recommendation. Even though we had to get new phone numbers, the price for the new plan, phone and accessories was VERY affordable. Like i said, he did not try to upsell or push me to pay more than I needed to based on what I was seeking for my family members. He was super friendly and customer service oriented. He was respectable, personable AND honest. He even gave me a heads up about the 1st bill appearing more than what was agreed upon and advised me to just come into the store to get the first billing corrected. And I did just that. I actually waited to write this review to see if everything would go as planned as K had advised.
I came in a few days before the actual payment was due. K wasn't isnt the shop at the time. I believe the other staff member was named Sam (wears glasses, and has semi long hair, well put together as well). Sam was great too! He basically left off where K did for my family and me. I told him what K had advised me the month before and he knew exactly what to do. It was seamless! After Sam fixed whatever needed to be fixed in the system, he directed me to just go home and make the payment online to save an extra $5 if I were to make the payment in store. Like K, Sam went above and beyond!
If you're able to be helped my K or Sam then you're lucky. But based on both individual's performances, I'm sure all the staff that do work there are just as exceptional. Great experience at the W. El Camino Metro PCS location overall.”

“Erica has been nothing short of awesome! I was on call with Verizon customer care for over 3 hours trying to solve an issue I had with my line so I decided to visit the store and get some help. “Jesse at this location was great. He helped me get my phone activated when it wouldn’t on its own. He was able to call Verizon and get it fixed for me, even though the Verizon assistant over the phone wasn’t able to help with what we needed. “If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! ROBERTO made my visit truly amazing. I came into the store just 20 minutes before closing, hoping to buy a new phone—and on top of that, I needed to switch my phone service from a carrier that doesn’t even operate in California to AT&T.
I spent over 50 minutes on the phone trying to get the account number and transfer code from my old carrier with no success. But somehow, Roberto was able to track down that info in a matter of seconds—it felt like magic! He handled the carrier switch quickly, brought out the phone I wanted, transferred all my data, and even applied the screen protector for me.
What really impressed me was that even though the store closed at 9 PM, Roberto stayed late just to make sure I had everything I needed. He never once rushed me or showed any frustration. Instead, he was kind, patient, and made me feel completely welcome, even though I know he’d had a long day.
ROBERTO is an absolute GEM and a shining star at this location. After receiving such outstanding service, I honestly don’t want to go anywhere else. I truly hope the management team recognizes just how rare and valuable an employee like Roberto is—he’s the kind of person who turns customers into loyal clients for life!”

“Great Customer service. I can’t recommend this Boost Mobile store enough! The guys here are always extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve brought my iPhone in twice for screen repairs, and both times the work was excellent—the phone looked as if it had never been touched. The pricing is way more affordable than the Apple Store, which is a huge bonus.
