however, this young man made my long waiting process so much easier because instead of him acting annoying or just acknowledge every move my toddlers made( which it was a lot) he find a way to make the situation easier for everyone he put cartoons for my babies. He gave my babies some markers and paper to entertain themselves??? his job is not to entertain 3 active healthy toddlers. Still, what he did with his actions
