“I went in seeking help because I couldnt get past the security pin from gmail on my new phone due to my previous phone being water damaged and not being able to receive the pin. I thought I had lost all pictures and contacts etc,. I have to mention I had already gone to 3 other Verizon stores. Then I went to this Verizon and was helped by Gil and I just have to say he figured it out in no time. “We have used Vista Braodband to provide access to the internet for many years. Our location does not provide many other options, if any, but that is not a problem - the service has been excellent! The only issues with access - have been due to the wild fires or an unusual equipment problem that has been fixed quickly. Someone always answers the phone and assists with any trouble shooting necessary. I think I have only called them a handfull of times in all these many years. I highly recommend the company, its employees and the service.”

“I had an absolutely standout experience at the Verizon corporate location on 4th Street. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Carlos D., who truly went above and beyond. After struggling with phone support, Carlos personally took on my issue. He called customer service himself, pushed through roadblocks, and even escalated the matter to management, refusing to take no for an answer. While the issue itself couldn’t be resolved that day, Carlos’s dedication was unwavering. On top of that, he found ways to reduce my bill to better suit my needs. His customer service is top-tier—he’s exactly the kind of person you want in your corner. If you ever need help at Verizon, I can’t recommend Carlos enough!”
