“Ross is a good store for certain things like shoes and men's wear. The ladies and juniors is getting a little skanky if you ask me, but that's me. Security might want to be more hidden when they watch people. They are super obvious. Good prices and I 99% of the time walk out w with something on my hand. Fast cashiers and very friendly.”
“How does one objectively rate a chain store? I mean, aren't all Big Lots the same? Sure, I'm sure the Big Lots in City X is probably similar to the Big Lots in Rohnert Park. What sets stores apart for me is customer service.
It is a rare occurrence that I walk out of Big Lots dissatisfied. The selection of items can be a bit scatter-shot (best to go in with a vague idea of what you want), but the sales and the customer service is above reproach. Where Wal-Mart is happy to leave 2 aisles open with 74 people in line, Big Lots keeps that line moving. I think I was in a Big Lots line that had 6 people in it once, but it was Christmas and it was a sale.
Overall, the Big Lots on RPX has some great people working there. Be patient with them, be kind to them, and they will repay that back with top notch customer service.”
“I found what I wanted easily and my check out experience was fairly quick and easy. All personnel that I encountered were very courteous and friendly.I couldn’t figure out the target circle app for making a shopping list though. I wasn’t able to put in quantities of each product. I’m sure if I had taken enough time, I would’ve been able work it out.”
“I like this pharmacy because they really care and they are friendly. Lynn is always kind, and the others are not far behind. They are a small pharmacy and have had a huge amount of business, coupled with the Covid and some employee changes so some problems might happen. They are people too and need the same tolerance they give their customers. being a small store is what attracted me. the personal service is why I am now a loyal customer. I do not understand the complaints of poor customer service. that has not been my experience. thank you for reading this.”

4625 Redwood Dr, Rohnert Park“Those who work here have always been helpful to direct me to the area of the store where the items I am looking for could or would most likely be if they have it. I have not had any trouble buying car batteries at Walmart. Their batteries seem to last longer than other places I bought batteries at.”
“10 gold stars for the AMAZING man wearing the Cal hat this evening who went above and beyond to help me find pink candy melts!!! From department to department, he searched high and low for me... and we finally found some!!! THANK YOU”
“They have the meats! They have the veggies! They have everything you could possibly need! Now if the Canadian Geese 1.5 miles away that were walking in the intersection like they were the Beatles were in the parking lot ?️ then that be cool…”
