Last week, I went to their store to mail a package only to discover that they do not scan USPS QR codes. Today, I relied on them again for an urgent shipment, rushed over, and arrived at 5:50 PM, but the store was already closed, despite their posted hours indicating they remain open until 6:00 PM.

Walked in. Saw the place. Walked right out. Based on appearance, I would not trust shipping items out of this place.

Place charges more than expected got a roll of 100 stamps thinking I would pay near the normal price for a stamp. was charged .74 per stamp. Place did not look organized.
