“It was a pleasure shopping for a pair of hiking shoes. I'm not able to hike far, but needed a sturdy pair of shoes with a good bottom to them for stability on trails with pine needles. The salesman who helped me went above and beyond to help me get the right shoe to fit my narrow feet. He also assisted me in choosing a good pair of socks to use with it. Highly recommend going midday during the week as it's less busy.”

“My son loves this store and shops there often. He really likes the employees he has encountered especially Dylan. Well today I went in to see if I could return a pair of pants my son purchased only a couple of months ago. The butt completely ripped. The manager (I think) told me he would do it this once and never again. He said rips like that happen from rough housing. My son is not a rough kid and they ripped while he was at a Spanish enrichment class so there was nothing crazy happening. I told him this and he smirked and shrugged asking me “well do you watch him 24/7 to know that for sure?” His attitude was rude and condescending and I felt like he was basically accusing me of lying.
From my perspective, even if my kid was “rough housing”, jeans shouldn’t rip after only a couple of months of wear. Jeans should be built to be durable. Especially pants sold and a clothing store marketed to skaters. He has jeans he HAS skated in and had for way longer and they didn’t rip like that.
The girl who helped me with the return was nice though and we did get our refund but I could have gone without the attitude and skepticism. I’m not over here trying to get one over on Zumies to get free pants. I just think when you are paying the price they are, the quality should match and they should last.”

Employees always hella cool and put you on with everything from skate to fashion. Good deals on all types of brands. Can’t speak on the online orders but you go in person and they always get you right. worth the trip fosho.”
