“Two forgery attempts were made on my Golden One checking account. I discovered that the new check books I had ordered several weeks before had apparently been stolen either from my mail box or the post office. When I reported the forgeries, Golden One representative, Zer Thao, efficiently and effectively dealt with the forgeries, arranging for the prompt return of my stolen cash and the opening of a new account. Three cheers for Zer and Golden One!”
“NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS!I have been a loyal TCBK member for many years. I wish they had more locations in the Sacramento area. I tried to come to the K street location today (Saturday) thinking I could still use the atm since this says it’s open although the branch is closed. Please update this information!”

“I came here with my wife without appointment because we need a statement for the DMV. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and she explained to us at the bank as well on lunch break and she would have a sweet few minutes till they come back. One of the bankers the lady as you enter at the right side to the corner told us she has a few minutes and she will be able to help us. She did and she was very quick and we did our business within three minutes, even though she had an appointment immediately after us, but she was so nice to squeeze us in. I will give five stars to the welcoming lady and the lady in the corner. Both were smiling and very welcoming in attitude.”

“Good service in the regular banking line, and the line moves quickly even when it's long. Make an appointment for non-teller services.
Since some services require quite a bit of time, be prepared to not have access to a restroom. Don't know why they don't have a public restroom anymore.”

“This area around here has really been changing (for the better)this past month or so. City has been keeping all the homeless out of the area. The guys that work here are the best. Only 4 gas pumps, so it might get a bit crowded at times. It's good they have you pay inside, too many pumps have skimmers now days. P. S. The night guy isn't rude btw, he just doesn't speak English.”
