G6 has state of the art amenities and with Lakas physical therapy in the building, it can really be your one stop shop for sports performance training, prehab, or PT rehab. “I was in a rut with getting myself to the gym. I was encouraged by friends to join them for a couple classes to try it out. I got their 14-day trial class pass and I have not felt that good after a workout in a long time. Attending classes forces me to get out of my house, and I’m not dilly dallying trying to figure out what to do, as it’s all instructor-led. I look forward to doing more fitness classes with friends or flying solo to stay healthy!”

“I'm a lover, not a fighter, but boy do I love this fight gym. And it's not just a fight gym (tho as of this writing we are top ranking PMT west adult) - it's an all-around great place to train. Coach Anthony and Coach Marcos have your BACK whether or not you're trying to compete or simply improve your skills. There's also a strength and conditioning program led by Coach Patrick who's extremely knowledgable about the smart way to train - and will push you to reach your goals. My job is pretty demanding, so it's hard for me to make classes consistently - but the morning and evening options are nice. Muay Thai, BJJ, MMA, S&C, big space, a # of membership options, great coaches, and thoughtful owners - like I said, an all-around great place to train.”

“I did a free trial class here and it was awesome. I’ve never felt so welcomed at a trial class. The staff are super friendly. They contacted me to make sure the appointment I scheduled worked for me and rescheduled with me. They didn’t push a membership at the end which I appreciated. I love this style of work out. It’s somewhat a go at your own pace, but the stats help motivate you if you have any kind of competitive streak. I was challenged and sore, but it was manageable. The instructor Kim had a fun rock playlist and was super nice and calm. I have a migraine condition, though, so unfortunately the loud music mixed with mic’ed instructor on top of it (not lowering volume while speaking) was enough noise to trigger a headache over the course of the class. This tends to be the case with most classes I try because it’s pretty much the culture. If there were a drop in option I could see myself coming to a class here and there when I lose the motivation to work out at home.”

Recommend if you like group workouts.*Bathrooms are all gender 1 person bathrooms. Same for showers. They stock the bathrooms with air freshener, deodorants, hair ties and more.”

“I love going to this location. There are several great studios in the area, but when I decided to become a permanent member, I had to choose which one to make my home studio (I live about equally distant to 3), and for me it was an easy choice to select Midtown. The level of dedication that HC Christina and all of the other coaches and front desk staff commit to making this a positive experience for every single member is unlike anything I've seen at any other gym, OTF or otherwise. Even before I was a full member, there were always little personal touches that showed they saw me and were paying attention, not only to my tendencies in class but also my interests outside of the gym. It made me feel like a true member of the community and not just someone they were trying to convert to a higher membership to meet a sales goal. Keep up the amazing work, OTF midtown!”

“Went back today. Loved the workout. I'll keep coming 1x per week. Bike parking right out front.

1st visit: Tried kickboxing on classpass today for the first time. Fun! Rachel was welcoming, explained all the moves quickly, and moved me through the circuit workout. There's a reasonable variety to what you can do for your 30 min workout --easy, medium or difficult. Felt incredible kicking and punching the bags! I'll be back.”

“The Results Transformation Center (Gym) in West Sacramento is Amazing! I recently successfully completed a six-week challenge and am sooo very happy with the outcome. The trainers are energetic, knowledgeable and always there to help with any questions or exercise modifications when needed. They provide the “right” amount of push and all are highly motivating. “Ok honest review! So I just completed my 29th class attending Orange theory I started when I was 4 months postpartum . My first class i was nervous and didn’t have any expectations going in I just wanted to kick start my weigh loss journey, little did I know I would become hooked on the workouts and getting push by the coaches to work hard and finish strong. I love it here this location is amazing. Shout out to coach Mary (my fav) she is so dope she pushes me and it works! It makes me want to push myself and I love that for me ! Coach Dharma is also very motivating he always say “ we don’t stop when we are tired we stop when we are finish” or something like that but everytime he says that it reminds me why I am there and that is to reach my fitness goals last but not least coach Keri she is so chill but i love that she checks in after every class and and she is very helpful when you’re on the floor and helps you with your form . The front desk ladies are always smiling and greeting me everytime I walk in and leaving out . I love it here !”

“Last time I hooped at this facility was about 15 years ago for drop in with my son. Now that I relocated to Sac area this past year I was happy to find out it was still open. I called ahead of time to see what were the open times, drop in fee, etc. I went on an early Sunday morning to get some gym time and had the gym to myself from 7:30am to 9am. Gym floor was clean, facility was clean and front counter attendants were nice and helpful. Definitely will be coming back. Btw $10 drop-in fee”

“I think this is far and away the best place to train for a Spartan race or any other fitness goals you may have. Rhoda and her clients are some of the most motivating and fun people that I have ever trained with. Rhoda's sessions are balanced for full body training, and they are always varied in a way that makes them really fun. I have been training with Rhoda for nearly eight years and I have never felt like I was in a fitness rut. No trainer I know of varies training sessions to keep the entire body functional, while at the same time making the sessions really fun. I always leave her trainings feeling as good as I ever feel. You wont find a more knowledgeable or caring trainer. Very, very highly recommended!”
