If someone wastes time reviewing about billing errors, maybe the reviewer would better manage their priorities instead of placing blame on others relaying their monetary discrepancies. One star reviews don't even know what they're poor rating is about; probably bitter at the wrong people.

“For the most part it was good. Quick service. However the person who does the tests was quite unfriendly and a little bit unprofessional, as my results were never told to me. Thankfully I have done one or two of these and know what the 5 panel strips look like for a negative test. Other than that it was an all around good experience.”

“I can't say enough about Nurse TEE.. Giving the COVID vaccines, . My grandson has autism and ADHD.. it's really hard for him to stay still, he stood still for her. It went so fast and so smooth.. Thank you so much Nurse TEE..I heard kids talking out in the waiting area.. they were saying" they didn't feel a thing. ..It's wonderful to have such a wonderful person like her so fast and accurate. “The waiting room was full when I arrived. After checking in, the information board showed that I was next because that was my appointment time. I was called back within a minute of my appointment time, ahead of everyone else. The blood draw was done quickly and competently and I was out of there. I am very happy with the service. My only complaint is that it is difficult to communicate with Quest. I should be able to tell on-line if Quest has received my doctor's order and I should be able to talk to a human on the phone when an issue comes up.”

The times I get sent here after my bday weekend for a "random" has always been fast even with 3-4 people ahead of me.”
“Even though the Elk Grove location is closer to me, I prefer this location. They are usually not too busy and always nice and friendly. Whenever I come here, I was able to get in and out 10 minutes or less. This is a small office but it gets the job done. Always efficient and quick. Everyone has been welcoming. I will continue to come here whenever I need lab works done.”

“ongges20 is full of bull. All the people at the lab are professional. If you have to wait a long time it's because they are busy. Or you don't have your act together and show up without the authorization. I go there at least five or six times a year.”
“Can’t say enough about this lab location. The phlebotomists are very professional and skilled. It is always a pleasure to go here for labs (my veins are deep and small and slippery) and the phlebotomists are always able to get a blood draw.”
“I come to this location because of the staff. The phlebotomist here are always friendly, efficient and get me in and out quickly and usually within a few mins. after my appt. time. There are closer Quest locations to where I live but I come here because I know what to expect. Keep up the great work!”

“I arrived at 7am check in and was greeting by lovely individual. He was beyond kind and walk me through the process which was easy and quick. If you come in prepared and ready to test this your place. There was zero rudness and easy process. Come prepared leave your 5 kids at home and make sure your registration has not expired! Happy holidays ?”

“I made an appointment at 10 a.m. The doctor who drew blood for me was Doug. He was very professional and friendly. We chatted like friends, and I didn‘t feel uncomfortable during the whole blood collection process. And my wife received blood collection in another room, and the female doctor was also great! Thank you very much!
Came back today for another blood test, I made an appointment for 10.10am and I was out at 10.18, the whole process was very quick and professional, this time a female doctor drew my blood, I forgot to ask her name but she was also very good, I felt almost no pain”
