“I rent here about twice a month as it's just as convenient to drive to LA for work vs. fly from here... The staff is always very professional and friendly but the cars almost always have something wrong with them (damage, smell like weed, not full fuel tanks, etc.) Airport locations get the best cars apparently.”
“It was interesting adventure my truck in shop for repair. my insurance company arranged the rental. I went from driving a new lifted huge truck to a small extremely small ford clown car for exactly a month. Everyday I looked for the hidden 30 clowns. I never found them.”

“I've rented from this Budget Car Rental location twice now, and each time has been a fantastic experience. The front desk lady, whose name I unfortunately don't know, has always gone above and beyond to ensure my rental process is smooth and stress-free. Not only was she super helpful with the paperwork, but she even came to my rescue once when I needed a phone charger in a pinch!One of the things I appreciate most about Budget Car Rental is the cleanliness of their vehicles. Both times I've rented, the cars were spotless and well-maintained, which is always reassuring. It's clear that they take pride in their fleet.Another aspect that sets Budget apart is their Sunday hours. It's incredibly convenient to be able to return a car on a Sunday when many other rental companies are closed. This flexibility has been a lifesaver for me on more than one occasion.Overall, I can't recommend Budget Car Rental enough.
