“One of the only places in marin I could find that ships wine! They were kind and helpful during the busy holiday season. Very fast service too! Not cheap ($50 shipping for 2 bottles) but I'm pretty sure they don't set their own pricing and it's a liability thing. Not judging them for that. The wine I sent got to Portland, Oregon in 2 days so that was a major plus. I will be back for all my wine whipping needs!”

“Evan is incredible! I had to get my fingerprints taken at a self serve kiosk in the store. I was having so much trouble getting good prints. After spending an hour and only getting 3 fingers done, Evan came over to help me. In 15 minutes we had the other 7 done. I couldn't have done it without him. “approximately a month ago, I was having trouble obtaining standard supplies from ups stores in the bay area, corporate directed me to this store here, there were two guys there , David and Clinton, and although didn't have to, went above and beyond assisting me with obtaining the materials I needed, I.e. boxes, and label sleeves that nobody on the other side of the bay would go out there way to provide. I drove all the way from alameda to mill valley and these guys had the materials waiting for me. very friendly and very helpful, enough to impress me to write this review. thank you very much for your assistance fellas , big thumbs up and appreciation. “It’s the first time I’ve used this location. I stood in line behind a couple people and listened as Carl, who may be the owner, help them. He was gracious, courteous and had a sense of humor.I was sending back a small box to a vendor with a pre-printed label and needed a box to put it in and wrapping. Carl took my box, said he’d take care of it and charged me a nominal couple of dollars for everything. He gave me the receipt, pointed out the tracking number and I headed home. Later that evening I ran the tracking and it was on its way.Thank you Carl for a pleasant experience. I’ll be back again for my UPS needs in the future.”

“This is a cute contract post office & gift shop. I can't imagine saying, "a cute post office." But, here we are. The shop is crisp and beautiful; filled with high-end Marin souvenirs I was walking past when I spotted the Mariage Frères tea. I was excited to try a new variety and asked the owner for a recommendation. He gave me some options and let me take them outside to smell them. They were all lovely and I went home with a new canister. If you're in search of Marin swag, this is a good place to look.”

“I had a return (Rent the Runway) for Saturday. They are supposed to open at 9 a.m. I panicked because I needed to be in Sonoma before 10:30 a.m. They finally opened at 9:20 a.m. I was thankful and hope the young man opening had a good day. You never know what the other person is dealing with that may have created the late start to their day.”

“By far the best UPS store in Marin. Had to get passport photos done, travel documents notarized, and then mail them out express--we were in and out in a flash! We go here for everything, the guys running the shop are always friendly, fast, efficient, super helpful, and transparent with all options available. I've had other UPS stores in the area price gouge my family members with box and shipping costs that ended up being much lower here. Thanks for being honest, Corte madera crew.”

I brought my elderly client in with large packages to return and he was really helpful He was also professional I was impressed by his attitude and professionalism.He did a great job. I think he deserves a raise and promotion. If I had a business I'd want Lewis to be in charge.I'm not a relative or a friend. I never met him befor. But he really made our day.”

I've come here to mail packages to different locations, and they're able to help package the items and figure out the best way to get there, especially if international. “I made a mistake of not thoroughly reading return item instruction by e-commerce but the staff here took the item and packaged it for me to be returned properly.I appreciate the staff who took charge if things go beyond of what was required to do.I’ll definitely support this particular UPS store. And a large parking lot with an easy access to the store always put me to an ease compared to some other UPS stores impossible to get to or the traffic congestion is absolutely insane especially the ones in San Rafael.”
