“approximately a month ago, I was having trouble obtaining standard supplies from ups stores in the bay area, corporate directed me to this store here, there were two guys there , David and Clinton, and although didn't have to, went above and beyond assisting me with obtaining the materials I needed, I.e. boxes, and label sleeves that nobody on the other side of the bay would go out there way to provide. I drove all the way from alameda to mill valley and these guys had the materials waiting for me. very friendly and very helpful, enough to impress me to write this review. thank you very much for your assistance fellas , big thumbs up and appreciation. Bobby”

“One of the only places in marin I could find that ships wine! They were kind and helpful during the busy holiday season. Very fast service too! Not cheap ($50 shipping for 2 bottles) but I'm pretty sure they don't set their own pricing and it's a liability thing. Not judging them for that. The wine I sent got to Portland, Oregon in 2 days so that was a major plus. I will be back for all my wine whipping needs!”

“This is a cute contract post office & gift shop. I can't imagine saying, "a cute post office." But, here we are. The shop is crisp and beautiful; filled with high-end Marin souvenirs I was walking past when I spotted the Mariage Frères tea. I was excited to try a new variety and asked the owner for a recommendation. He gave me some options and let me take them outside to smell them. They were all lovely and I went home with a new canister. If you're in search of Marin swag, this is a good place to look.”

“Extremely good service. I've been here maybe six times and they have been very helpful. Today I was told I could ship my package for a lower cost using a different method. How many places do that? This is my go to shipping place. Thanks”

“Evan is incredible! I had to get my fingerprints taken at a self serve kiosk in the store. I was having so much trouble getting good prints. After spending an hour and only getting 3 fingers done, Evan came over to help me. In 15 minutes we had the other 7 done. I couldn't have done it without him. Amazing customer service, above and beyond--thank you Evan!!”

“This store has shaped up to be well-run and efficient. I love going in now, whether it's for an Amazon or UPS return, to send a package, or for another service. They are efficient, well staffed, and there is parking. Many services are free and the rest are price-competitive. I'm delighted they are so close and convenient.”

Ctr, #145, Corte Madera CA 94925
“By far the best UPS store in Marin. Had to get passport photos done, travel documents notarized, and then mail them out express--we were in and out in a flash! We go here for everything, the guys running the shop are always friendly, fast, efficient, super helpful, and transparent with all options available. I've had other UPS stores in the area price gouge my family members with box and shipping costs that ended up being much lower here. Thanks for being honest, Corte madera crew.”

“I made a mistake of not thoroughly reading return item instruction by e-commerce but the staff here took the item and packaged it for me to be returned properly.I appreciate the staff who took charge if things go beyond of what was required to do.I’ll definitely support this particular UPS store. And a large parking lot with an easy access to the store always put me to an ease compared to some other UPS stores impossible to get to or the traffic congestion is absolutely insane especially the ones in San Rafael.”

“I had a ton to do and David and Matt were both awesome. I had to print things, make scans, copies, notarizations, mails things internationally. They were more helpful than any UPS store I’ve ever been to. Really good customer service. I even gave a tip because they saved me so much time :)”

“I had a return (Rent the Runway) for Saturday. They are supposed to open at 9 a.m. I panicked because I needed to be in Sonoma before 10:30 a.m. They finally opened at 9:20 a.m. I was thankful and hope the young man opening had a good day. You never know what the other person is dealing with that may have created the late start to their day.”

“I had a great time, all my questions were answered, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and the person who helped me made me feel completely assured that my package would have a fragile label put on it and my postcard would make it into the right bin.”
