I have not had much help or guidance whenever I visit the Mira Mesa store before, but he helped me connect with a AT&T loyalty employee. Luis wrote down everything and was very detailed during my visit.

“I took my iPhone to this store (HMB Cellular on El Cajon Blvd) two days ago. It was damaged when I slammed my car hatch door while the phone was sitting right on the latch. It certainly damaged the screen severely but also a dent on the back of the phone. I was certain the mother board inside was probably damaged. The young man at the front counter, whose name I don’t recall, was extremely kind and helpful. He kept Re-assuring me that although it looked bad, it was still possible for the inside to be intact. He proceeded to open the phone and checked all inside parts in detail which took him a good hour, and told me the phone was still completely intact and that only the screen would be needed to be replaced. He replaced the screen. My phone works as well as it did prior to the damage. Thank you HMB Cellular)! I can now see why you have 382 reviews and all with 5 stars! I will certainly be referring friends and family!”

“I have been shopping here since 2011. Daniel and Chris are great, always happy to help, have good quality refurbished Macs at great prices. I have had some Macs repaired as well and they do a great job as well as less expensive than taking it to apple. Also sometimes they will do repairs when Apple won't.”

“Had two old cell phones and looked up where to sell them. PCS connection came up and I read the reviews. Seemed like a good honest place, and indeed they proved it. R8ght whem I called to ask if they boufht used phones the man told me they do but I'd probably get a better price on offerup, etc. I just wanted to be rid of my old phones and so I brought them in. After looking over my phones, he told me they were so old that he could only give me ten bucks and so I told him to just give me $5. I'm not starving and I was heartened by one of his reviews where a lady complimented them on being helpful and patient and generous.
