First time going to this branch. One teller and a long line. Its a small branch, but it's busy. There were 4 other staff members doing nothing. I would imagine they would get up and help.

I have been with the branch in tierrasanta mall. Over 5 years or more. Always EXCELLENT SERVICE on everything that matters. Staff is the best you could ask for at a bank or credit union.
