I go to best buy all the time. A few years ago i got an expensive computer that had a faulty screen but during covid the geek squad said it will be a 3 momth long wait to get my computer worked on. Its so heavy I didnt want to try again. Now my hard drive crashed and thry cant fix it. Refered me to a questionable place.
