The service was below par. The people there did not know or had no idea how to credit my VIP certificate of $50. It was not a pleasant experience. They need to be trained. I would not recommend them to anyone.

When there's a sign on the door that says "masks required" and you walk in to find a group of three customers standing at the counter talking with no masks in sight...and the big bearded guy who works there keeps taking his mask off...no thanks.
