“Welcome staff were lovely. I only had hot tea and water while working for the day at one of many seats in this three level space. Bathroom downstairs. Would be great if there was a water fountain. Shout out to Zack at the front kiosk stand. They clearly like to be welcoming and enjoys greeting regulars and newbies alike. Music volume on main level is satisfactory. Not too loud - just enough. Enough variety in playlist as well. I could still think and work.”

“So thankful of John and Gary for all our banking needs. We recently found our dream home, and we needed to get a pre-approval letter immediately. Gary, our Mortgage loan officer helped us get our pre-approval letter. Once our offer was accepted, Gary started working on all the documentation needed to get the loan fully approved. Gary was great at following-up and always there to answer our questions. We were nervous because of everything that is going on, but Gary was confident that everything will work out. And guess what? When I came in a few weeks ago after losing my wallet in the neighborhood, they swiftly helped me secure my account and were able to reissue me a new card on site. As anyone who has lost all their belongings might relate, I was frantic when I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing. They didn't push me out or downplay my concern, but gave the highest confidence and assurance that they would help. That is banking with humans at the center of service and is a rare find.”
