The Presidio Parkway Inn is very conveniently located, close to tourist spots, restaurants, stores, and public transit. Some rooms offer a view of the Golden Gate Bridge. The service is very friendly and helpful, with fast check-in. Rooms are clean, comfortable, updated, and fabulous for the value, featuring comfy beds, a fridge, and a microwave. Bathrooms are small but adequate, though one was noted as not very clean. A simple continental breakfast is offered. A major advantage is the few first come, first serve free parking spots. City noise can be an issue, but overall it is a great value and strongly recommended.
The managers were great & accommodating. We ended up extending our stay at a reasonable price. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking can be a little tight though, usually first come first serve is how it goes.

We really liked it and it was surprisingly clean and cheap but the parking is a little tight. Other than that it was a great time.

A downtown diamond! Clean, beautiful, everything included and in order, Parking, WiFi, Cable TV, Microwave, and Fridge. I especially liked the window blinds, they give a pristine clean image. No rowdy noises and a comfy bed. A gem!
