On my first visit there, my wait time was not very long. The lab tech who drew my blood was very quick and efficient--I felt no real uncomfortable pain. The experience of my visit was very pleasant.

I don't understand the negative reviews on here. Peggy was incredibly sweet and helpful. I booked an appointment ahead of time and was seen in proper fashion. Granted she's the only one working at this location so there is only so much one human can do.
