I've gone into this location on several locations and on at least two occasions, they've stated that they're short staffed as an excuse for long wait times. I scheduled an 8:40 appointment, which was not recognized until I brought it to the attention of staff, and I wasn't seen until 9:30!

The place isn’t the nicest and most modern but the employees working there are wonderful. They are very professional and take blood well without causing unnecessary pain.

This was the 2nd time I could make an appointment early for fasting blood draw, and when I got to Quest Diagnostic 2201 Post St. SF I decided I will always go there in the future. 1. NO line or long waiting 2. Super friendly and kind staff 3. Painless blood draw - truly remarkably gentle handling
