Made picking up a car via the express method longer than going to a counter. Looked over several floors to be told by a competitor that it was with Hertz because they are a partner company but nowhere in my confirmation was that stated. Aside from that, the car was nice

Please do not rent anything from Thrifty. They charged me an additional $300 for dropping my rental car off where and when I was supposed to drop it off. I believe that that they called it a location fee. They should tell you about the $300 fee when you reserve the vehicle
