I am surprised by the low rating. This store has been fantastic every single time I have been there. Great service and friendly employees!

I went there to ship a passport renewal application. The agent was very helpful pointing out that it was to a PO box and what options were available. She was able to enter all the information directly from the application making it very easy for me. Apparently they ship a lot of passport renewals.
