They use door dash for deliveries. When something goes wrong, door dash blames Walgreens, and Walgreens blames door dash, and the customer is stuck in the middle.

Couldn't use the buy 1 get 1 50% off in store for wart patches. So I Bought online and returned the one that I bought in store. Somehow, that's acceptable. You also need an ID to return items even though when I purchased, no ID was required??? Wasted a good 10 minutes of my life
