“Soni was so incredible throughout the entire process! I came to Soni after having visited many other bridal shops and wow it was night and day! When first arriving, her shop appeared quite modest, but I could immediately tell that Soni knew her craft well. She sized me up quickly and was immediately able to recommend what style of dress would best suite my body shape – and she was right! She found 3 very flattering dresses from her collection for me to try on at the appointment. Her attention to detail and care for her clients is unmatched compared to the dozen other bridal shops I visited when hunting for ‘the one.’ After searching high and low, I was unable to find a dress that quite fit my vision, so I came back to B B Bridal because I knew Soni would be the right person to help me customize my dress. She was super communicative throughout the process and I knew from the start that I was in good hands. Ultimately I wanted to combine two dresses together. When I came in for my fitting appointment, I just expected Soni to measure my proportions, but she surprised me by going above and beyond and surprising me by ordering one of two dresses on loan so that I could try it on during my appointment so that we’d have a better sense of the size and proportions to order. When the custom dress finally arrived, it was an absolute dream come true. Trying it on for the first time brought me and my mom both to tears - it was absolutely perfect. Soni got the size and all the details just right. After final touches, she steamed not only the dress, but my veil as well which I had purchased elsewhere, which was very kind and unexpected. She was so sweet, sending me kind and thoughtful notes a few days before the wedding and after the wedding congratulating me. As a small business owner, you can tell she truly cares about each of her clients. All of her prices were very reasonable, and offered dress cleaning & preservation for after the wedding. “I came here to rent my son's tuxedo for Prom and it came with shoes for I believe $130. There is a $50 deposit if there is damage, etc. if everything is fine, you get it back. She does take measurements to get yr ideal size. We checked around other places like the tuxedo store at the Great Mall and it was $180 for tux rental. There is a selection of tux styles to choose from and we will be able to get it Thursday night for Saturday and return it Sunday/Monday.”

“I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Every phone call was so pleasant and kind. I scheduled an appt first thing and told them the size of ny party. I chose this boutique because they had the most black dress choices than any other in the bay (excluding the city and i didnt want my family to travel there). My consultant was so excited to try on black dresses w me. I had low expectations and I ended up getting a dress off the rack. I was recommended to 3 different seamstress'. My veil took longer than the estimate given to me, which is fine. Instead of 2 weeks it was a few more weeks after that. I recieved a text message to confirm they had the veil. It was an all around great experience for me.”

“I have two sons and have been coming to this tuxedo place for years since the first son began to need to wear tuxedos for events. This is, has been and will be the only place that satisfies us in tastes, styles and colors. My second son is the same, he doesn't want to go anywhere else other than here, he leaves completely happy, they take care of us extremely well, they are very friendly and they give you the confidence to say that you like it, that you don't like it, etc. and apart from that, the lady always she does everything to find what you are looking for ? everything at a very reasonable price and everything of excellent quality ??… I also go to her for my alterations in my pants she helps you with absolutely everything and you get the cut or hem Beautiful and exact ? Previously I went to another place to trim my pants and they didn't help me at all, I had to measure myself (this causes both sides to not fit exactly) they gave me a date to pick them up and when I went they didn't even know what pants they were and they couldn't find them and when they found them they didn't have them made ?.NOT HERE ! There was NO FAILURE IN ANYTHING here ??? I HONESTLY RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY”
