I went right to Susan, the proprietor of Wildfire Mercantile, and asked (pleaded really) for her help.I hope this place stays in business forever, because I would be lost without it. On an unusually slow, weekday afternoon, Susan and Teresa helped me order a set of custom bracelets and necklace, crafted to compliment the unique season of my wife's subtle style. Never, not in one million years, would I be able to do anything remotely like this on my own or, anywhere else. I gave Susan my budget and a couple pictures of my wife dressed nicely, modestly accessorized with jewellery for insight and inspiration. Let ME tell you something, I have never had more fun or been treated so well by people, than when doing this. My wife was SO surprised and So blown away, that she cried a little. I even bought a new hat which Troy, Susan's lotto ticket lucky husband, branded custom for me.It was definitely not cheap but, if I wanted to go that way, I would've gone to some inland city's swap meet or bought something online that'd eventually turn my wife's skin green. It was definitely NOT overly priced or super expensive either. Long story shortened... If you want to buy something stylish, unique, and special for yourself or someone else -- go to Wildfire Mercantile first. You will not be bummed. It just such a cool place. It's a family business run by Susan and Troy Stansbury. Their grandkids stop by often to liven the place up with mischievous giggles, and the sound of small, bare feet running on the hard wood floor from hiding place to hiding place. Troy reminds me of those old Clint Eastwood movies (Every which way...) in that low fence, neighborly manner, Troy will just talk turkey with anyone about anything. He's the kind of guy who should've either been a shrink, bartender, or barber.”
