“This is more of an aside. My husband and I were taking a short trip when he wanted to stop and get air in the tires. Traffic was heavy, and the gas stations nearby didn’t look like they had air pumps. We stopped at Bridgeworks, and the gentleman working generously offered to help us. It may be a small gesture, but he took the time to provide a service we needed.
The next time I need a tire or tires, I will buy them here.”

“I can't say that they will do this for everybody because that may place unrealistic expectations on them for labor time, but I called at 1, brought my bike in at 2:30 and had it out same day (albeit 2 hours after closing) when I needed my brake bled. I did give them a good reason for putting a rush on it but they even let me come behind the counter so I could see the process. Amazing experience and friendly staff.”

Dropped in to discuss a tire problem, Marcus jumped on my wheel like a tour mechanic, promptly trying to see what was going on. Was able to spoon on one tire with difficulty, but there was something not quite right with them? Using the Trek TLR system for tubeless tires the brand I'd bought wasn't easy, if even possible to use with TLR. Opted to buy two new Maxxis hoops which Marcas had mounted with sealant and aired up before I could say thank you!”

“Went there with Alex to purchase two Penny Farthings for his San Jose bike shop. He bought a silver and black one. We loaded it in his beat up green rusty old van. It was a spilritual experience. Greg was humble, fair. Gave us a discount on the black because it was very slightly used and the silver one (I think was made of stainless steel). Alex enlisted me to help him because I had a little experience riding scrappy original Penny Farthings in the Antelope Valley in Lancaster Fair parades and in Rosamond at the Tropico Gold Mine Chili contests.”
