I had a recent accident here due to someone entering through the exit. Support Devin and his great quality of work. Typical me, did not pay attention to my DMV renewal registration. Must do a smog check at a star approved smog center. I always pass by this Valero gas station and thank goodness I remember the "Star" sign for smog check. Told the parental unit to take her car there for her smog check and I will take mine after work. Parental Unit called me with nice sayings about how everyone was nice, and smog check is fairly price for her Nissan Rouge. Few hours later it was Hello Kitty's turn (Yes, my car's name is Hello Kitty). The wait was not as bad, I would say 20 mins. I am sure weekends they are busy so always call first for an appointment. Hello Kitty passed with her flying red colors for her smog check. Thank you Devin & DownTown Auto Repair. You now have us as your loyal customers.”

“I get up early for work and visit around 4:30 AM to this specific location. This place is extremely Clean & Spotless. Even the bathrooms are mind blowing considering how dirty I have seen them (Also Smells Fantastic). Especially when that NEW long-hair clerk named "CJ" is there. He has a Firm Voice and Smiles when he Greets, never misses a day (Literally). Also I've Noticed when "CJ" is NOT there on two separate nights, the place looks like a complete disaster in the Morning. Floor is disgusting. Coffee bar has multiple messes w/ finger smudges all over the machines (from God knows what & who). I'm scared to even approach the machines, afraid I might catch someone elses sickness bases on how dirty it looks. The front door also has trash everywhere outside. Empty boxes in the way of what I want to grab sometimes(very annoying).. So I give it up to that young gentleman named "CJ" it's employees like him I've seen that gives places like this a 5-Star Look. Not only is he highly professional & charming, but he takes care of that store like it's his own house I have witnessed morning after morning. Excellent Customer Service & Attitude over the top. Well Deserved 5 star. Hire more "Cj's".
P.s - pls Stop hiring those old folks who have prideful Egos in a customer service field. I can only imagine who else will experience there Prideful tantrums.

“This store has always treated me well. Parking lot is well lit and people working there are great. Right now 7/11 has some lovely flower arrangements. Tiny ones for the center of your dinner table in a festive holiday theme. I noticed the impulse items here are very very good. Flowers are fresh and low in price. Donuts are always there when I walk in. Coffee is surprisingly good and its great to have a place where your pastry and coffee are both ok or better than ok. Both stand out as a decent value that is a quick stop.Across the way is an Arco and the neighborhood is a good one. No riff raff.”
