I was happy to be able to get the shoes at Nordstrom in Walnut Creek. I was there to check out a store closeby but it was nice to be able to get tue shoes I was l9oking for.”
“Love Eileen Fisher clothes and am very happy that the only west coast outlet is close by in San Leandro. I always know what to wear, Eileen makes it easy. Have spent hundreds of dollars over the years but the fabrics are worth it. That she accepts all used clothing back for $5 each garment is another plus. Returned a few and got $60 credit. My friend who lives in So Cal always has me take her to Eileen's after I pick her up at oakland international Airport.”

Check out clerks are always clueless as they change very often.
Prices are better compare to Great Mall Nike store and sometimes you get great deals.”
“Reading the old reviews from the location across the street were true. I came here a couple times after they moved and it was a great experience. I was greated when walking in and someone always asked if I needed help. If they didnt have what I needed they ordered it with no problem. They have a good selection both women men and kids this location seems bigger. I came in today to do a return and it was quick and easy. I recommend this location.”

“Silvia was AMAZING!! It felt like having your own style consultant. She was so attentive. I never had to leave the dressing room to get new sizes. And she brought me stuff that she thought would look good on me and it did!!! She wasn’t pushy at all but just super helpful and made shopping in person actually enjoyable. “Sales person was very patient as I looked at almost every safety shoe on display, and after finally deciding on one, they didnt have my size because not only did I need a size 14 but I also needed it to be extra wide, but staff searched other branches of their store and 3 stores did have the size I needed and requested that the shoes be delivered to the store which I visited to be picked up at a later date, approximately 2 weeks waiting time. The shoes are a bit pricey but I was there with a $275 shoe voucher from my employer.”

“Get IMPALA quad roller skates HERE!
I cannot say enough good things about Orbit Skate and Boutique in San Leandro.
I live in San Jose, where you can find zero stores that sell quad roller skates. We even drove all the way to Santa Cruz trying to track some down; only partially successful. Then we found Orbit… and it was absolutely worth it.
From the moment we walked in, the vibe was welcoming, colorful, and full of heart. Will helped us, and his service was next-level. The kind of radical hospitality and genuine kindness that you don’t come across often anymore. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared that we found the right skates.
They carry Impala Skates, which is exactly what we were looking for, so it felt like we hit the jackpot. And after reading their Customer Values Statement in the store, everything made sense. They don’t just post those values - THEY LIVE THEM!
