“U.S Tow arrived to the accident I was involved in, quickly and efficiently. Nish was friendly, and nice given that I was not in my happy place at that moment. He assured me he would take good care of my truck and gave me all the necessary information to reach him. Called the next day, and he let me know that we could come to the yard to view my vehicle, as well as collect some of the personal items before getting it sent over to the collision shop for repairs. I found Nish to be friendly and accommodating from beginning to end.”

“10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!As my sister and I were headed to Livermore on 6/10/23 my car overheated on what I thought was the 238, but was actually a bit further and was 580. I made a few calls to nearby towing companies and got a few quotes that were pretty high considering where I was being towed to which was Fremont. Also spoke with a few people that were flat out rude! Thankfully my sister found Alladin and he worked with us on the additional mileage quote, his flat fee is $250. He is extremely professional, he gave an ETA of 10/15 minutes and literally arrived in that short amount of time considering he had to drive a bit further then where we thought we broke down at! He is very knowledgeable, very efficient, reliable and a genuinely kind person!Hopefully I don't need a tow again, but if I do I will absolutely be giving my business to this guy!
