“Fantastically smooth experience. An accident ruined my family ski trip. Mike made my car whole again within two weeks. Mike is Very professional, courteous and responsive. Accident happened on the weekend and Mike took the car in on the weekend while all other body shops I contacted couldn’t. Mike took care of all the insurance adjuster communication so I didn’t have to be distracted from work and family to take care of one more headache. With two weeks, the car was back shining again. Mike gave us one year warranty on the repair free of charge. When we found there’s some small problems with the operation, Mike took the car right back in based on my availability. He was so kind that he also gave me a ride home. The small problems were taken care of within two days. Mike even repainted a small section in the trunk that didn’t look perfect. Big thanks! I went to several places in Hayward and San Leandro to get estimates and other places made me feel like they were trying to milk me for every dollar. Except for Daniel at Performance Paint & Towing, Daniel was honest and reasonable with what needed to be done. I dropped my car off and 3 days later I got it back as if there was nothing ever there! Francisco was professional and so was the gentleman (I did not get his name) that showed up with the tow truck to get my car out of where I got stuck (grass area). A big plus he arrived within the time given and once my car was in the clear he even offered to park my car to make it easy for me to drive off so I would not get stuck once again.Thank you again!”

“Abraham and the team at Palladium Auto Shop took care of me and my car. I was pleasantly surprised with how my repair turned out because in the past I have damaged my front bumper and grill and took it to some place in concord, CA and they did a poor job attaching the new bumper back on. Fast forward a couple years later I collide with another vehicle and had it fixed at Palladium and it was like I never even damaged my car, like ever! Thank you so much Palladium! Im going to refer my family and friends to you guys from now on. Also avoid General insurance at all cost, they work like snails. I filed a claim in July and barely getting it resolved before the new year.”

“I came in originally to have my transmission fixed (my car could not go in reverse). Mike made a great impression from the beginning. He was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. In addition to fixing a stripped gear he also noticed a bad bearing and replaced that as well. The price was also reasonable. In addition to that he fixed a leaky oil pan and did other general servicing on my car. When I had a problem getting the car smogged due to no power in my OBD 2 port; Mike went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem. Ruben communicated that it was only him that day and later, was unsure if he'd make it. He was communicative, kind and after I explained what was happening, he planned around his family day and offered to come at night if I really needed it done today. He arrived in the middle of the night and got it done so fast. He offered a reasonable amount to buy and tow my junk car. Highly recommend. Just skip the bigger name cash for junk car companies, they're going to spam your phone like crazy and the timelines vary.
