“Talk about professionals! My Porsche's electronic e-brake got stuck on, so the car was stranded nose-in to a very narrow garage up a steep driveway, and AAA's tow company wasn't able to get it out. Angel and Ed did an incredible job getting it out on skates, onto the flatbed, and unloaded at my mechanic's shop despite the challenging situation. They were precise, careful, and smart. HUGE thank you for all your help!”

“Yesterday evening Los Cuates Towing was the first number I called, no one picked up. But my call was returned within a minute. Francisco was professional and so was the gentleman (I did not get his name) that showed up with the tow truck to get my car out of where I got stuck (grass area). A big plus he arrived within the time given and once my car was in the clear he even offered to park my car to make it easy for me to drive off so I would not get stuck once again.Thank you again!”

“I had a severe flat tire on highway 880 and had to park in a dangerous location (narrow shoulder on the left side of the highway, with many cars passing by me very fast and close). All the services I called from Audi/GEICO estimated to arrive in 2hours... Zack arrive within 30min, saved me out of the danger location, got me home safely and helped me change to a donut tire. All on a busy Saturday evening. I’m really grateful for his excellent work and kindness.”

less than 5 days.
The staff's work: excellent.
The car was washed well before returning.
One minus: I found small new scratches in the repair area, not critical.

I went to several places in Hayward and San Leandro to get estimates and other places made me feel like they were trying to milk me for every dollar. Except for Daniel at Performance Paint & Towing, Daniel was honest and reasonable with what needed to be done. I dropped my car off and 3 days later I got it back as if there was nothing ever there! “My morning took a really dark turn when I did something I shouldn't have done and ended up tearing the spoiler off my Prius. It was only hanging by the cord to the light. I carefully taped the spoiler back onto the car and drove very slowly to Rainbow Auto Center in Hayward, hoping I wouldn't lose it along the way. Thankfully, the team at Rainbow Auto Center came to my rescue. They were kind, understanding, and quickly took care of the problem, getting my spoiler securely reattached. I was so relieved and grateful for their excellent service and willingness to help me out of a very stressful situation. Thank you for turning a terrible morning into one with a happy ending. Your professionalism and kindness were truly appreciated.”
“So incredibly kind and compassionate. I blew out both tires on a Saturday night. Most tire shops are closed, but they quickly found someone and called ahead to ask them to stay until I could get there. They arrived in record time, loaded me up quickly, and got me there right before they were closing. Both folks (driver and owner) were amazing and made what would have been an incredibly stressful experience into just a hiccup in the day. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, they will be the first people I call.”

“I came to get some work done on my car I would say it was pricey but what did I expect if I wanted the job done right but only reason I gave 4 star Is because I needed to get more work done on my car and they told me to get my own parts then come in ? I came to the shop so I won't have to deal with any of that now I have to look around for another auto shop I guess they don't want my business I would love to return for honest work but don't know anything about finding parts thanks again .”
