“Went there for tech support and to switch out a modem. We arranged it talking to one of the other locations. The employee we talked to was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He swapped out the router and removed the charge for changing equipment and reworked our bill to give us unlimited data at a better price than what we were quoted over the phone. Couldn't have been happier.Forget calling Cox, go or call the stores!”
