“After being disappointed with the Arcadia branch, I came to this Huamei! The young lady Rosalyn is very enthusiastic and helpful! Highly recommended. If you want to come to this bank, don’t go to that weird place. After depositing money, you still have to look at your face to do business. It’s really as uncomfortable as eating shit.”
“My deposited paycheck got held without a reason. I called Chase customer service several times and just waited in line then got hung up. So, I went to my closest Chase bank to find help. But they just told me to call Chase customer service. They could not do anything because the transaction was pending. It is like an infinite loop, I could not reach the CS and they asked me to call the CS. Then, I went to this location to see if they can help. Three staff helped to figure out the problem. Finally, one lady made a phone call and my held check got released. I appreciated their help. It is the best Chase branch I have ever been to.”
“This bank is my favorite bank and the only bank I want to visit. A lot of banks has remolded to contemporary style, this bank still keeps their classic counter and furnitures. I rather drive extra miles come to this branch in stead go to the branch across my work place. Clerks here are so sophisticated and passionate. I hope this bank can keep the way it’s look and never change .”
“I only bank at this Wells Fargo branch. it is by far the best Wells Fargo branch around. they just know how to deal with customers on a very professional level rather than the impersonal treatment at some other branches. Manager Jen is very efficient and helpful. Teller Josie is great and always helps me with such kindness and explains everything so well to me. Nic Pons, my banker is absolutely terrific. and I do not know what I would do if I didn't have Nic to service my accounts. Yes, expect longer wait times since less staff but that is happening everywhere -- this is a part of modern reality. When it is your turn, you will be treated with respect and given great service. I never have to wait that long in line despite less staff now than they had pre-pandemic.”
“My checking account is at B of A San Marino. I lost my debit card and wanted to cancel it immediately. Tried to phone, put on hold for lengthy time so went directly to the bank to cancel my card. I was told I couldn't do it unless I had an appointment. The person who could help me, Monique Montanez came up and rudely told me she was too busy and abruptly walked away. Ms. Montanez needs to go to customer relations school!! A better way of handling it, is she could have said she was sorry she was busy and would try and find the time to help me out. In the mean time someone could've accessed my debit card. But she didn't care!!! I did have the help of Martha I did not get her last name, she didn't have the authority to resolve problem, but she at least was trying to help. Finally, Diana Camacho came back from lunch and a jewel and helped. Again, Monique Montanez should not have the position as Senior Banker as she is not willing to help a customer in crisis.
