“My deposited paycheck got held without a reason. I called Chase customer service several times and just waited in line then got hung up. So, I went to my closest Chase bank to find help. But they just told me to call Chase customer service. They could not do anything because the transaction was pending. It is like an infinite loop, I could not reach the CS and they asked me to call the CS. Then, I went to this location to see if they can help. Three staff helped to figure out the problem. Finally, one lady made a phone call and my held check got released. I appreciated their help. It is the best Chase branch I have ever been to.”

“COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was asking some questions in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is located underground. However, you can park in front of the establishment too. The downside of parking in front of the establishment is backing up into a busy street. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The establishment itself is very tidy, clean, neat, and organized.”
“I only bank at this Wells Fargo branch. it is by far the best Wells Fargo branch around. they just know how to deal with customers on a very professional level rather than the impersonal treatment at some other branches. Manager Jen is very efficient and helpful. Teller Josie is great and always helps me with such kindness and explains everything so well to me. Nic Pons, my banker is absolutely terrific. and I do not know what I would do if I didn't have Nic to service my accounts. Yes, expect longer wait times since less staff but that is happening everywhere -- this is a part of modern reality. When it is your turn, you will be treated with respect and given great service. I never have to wait that long in line despite less staff now than they had pre-pandemic.”

“Diane Tran, the Financial Center Manager at this branch, is incredibly caring and helpful. Despite having to tackle a busy, multilingual staff and clientele, she took the time to sit down with me and my mother to discuss our accounts. She is warm and genuine, and actually focuses on what is best for the client. After having to interact with many different financial institutions on my mother's behalf, this experience felt like a port in a storm. As we need to consolidate accounts, it was our connection with Diane that led us to decide to keep our accounts at BofA. Relationships do matter, and Diane is an incredible asset to this branch and to the company.”
