I needed my truck fixed tonight. It was my brothers car before, but today it was mine. We clock 300+ hard miles daily, over the pacheco pass into the Castroville area. They’re my go to for all of my work and higher end vehicles. I knew I found a lifelong partnership when I blew the engine heading over the grade with product that needed to be delivered by Thursday. Hai arranged for the tow and already had the parts ordered from Ford same day. They are certified to work on all current vehicles including Lexus, Audi and Cadillac. Impressive work that’s usually three weeks out at any local dealership.”

“First of all, I want to clarify that this feedback is about CVS in general, not this specific location. It seems they are trying to reduce medication costs by replacing effective, higher-priced medications with less effective, lower-priced alternatives, which your insurance ends up covering. If this practice continues, please help report it!
Second, I want to say thank you to the team members at this location. My overall experience at this location was outstanding. The team members greeted me with smiles, which made a great impression. I want to especially thank Kathy (I hope I spelled her name correctly) for her exceptional help with my questions, even while she was busy. I truly appreciate the dedication and friendliness of the entire team.”

“Our pitstop spot! the gast shop has a wide variety of snacks and beverages. The restrooms are usually well-kept. The location is quite convenient for anyone traveling from/to the Bay Area. During business hours the indoor Cafe may be open. There is a Denny's and a In-N-Out next to it so you can both refuel your car and yourself.”
“Get in and get out! This Chevron is seconds off the 101 freeway without weaving around various roads off the exit to the station. There's a few fast food joints within view if you're into that also. I was able to fill up and make a quick stop inside the clean restrooms. (Looks like they cleaned up their act based on previous reviews.) There seems to be a nicely well stalked mini market if you need a snack. The windshield wiper buckets at the medians are unfortunately just water but better than nothing. I paid with credit card at the pump and cleaned the my bug stained window. In 10 minutes, I had a full tank of gas, had a restroom break and was back on the freeway!!”
“Competitively priced diesel fuel. Easy to get in and out. Cheaper than fuel in San Jose at the time I visited. Pump was ok but not in great shape. Would go again. Was not very crowded and no wait around 2:00pm.”

“Love this place, been coming here quite literally my whole life the staff is so purr and so is the food. I always get 7/11’s signature iced coffee, they r the only 7/11 that still serves it. Can’t express my appreciation for this place. “I have been a customer here for a couple of years. Recently I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. I forgot to notify Zip Thru Car Wash of the new card number. When I went to wash my car I had to pay the 12.00 fee because my subscription was cancelled for non payment. I notified them and gave them the new card number to activate my subscription again. To my surprise I was reimbursed for the 12.00 charge. I have been happy with the service and would recommend it to everyone.”

“Today I had the best experience in Walgreens .it was frist time I met Andrea very pleasant lady I didn't have any idea how to work with the foto machine printer or computer skills and it my daughter wedding on Sunday had a lot to print Last minute thing happen all the time in weddings so she toke over an hour to do it for me she noticed I was nervous with all my stuff I really appreciate this lady so much keep it up Andrea we need more employees like Andrea God bless her she made my day so much easier.overall I always loved this Walgreens !.”

“Great pharmacy! Typically have decent wait times for picking up prescriptions. Today, Alexandra, went above and beyond to help me! She chatted with me via phone several times to problem solve a prescription I needed since I am sick and need it soon. I am so thankful since I could have had to drive 1+ hours to get my medication. I was extremely helpful and I am very appreciative of the coordination and hard work of her and all the staff at Walgreens in Gilroy! Thanks so much!”

“I parked here overnight for my 10 off. Cat scales,truck parking and fuel. Store was clean. Parking lot was too. Lots of fast food places close by. No one "knocking" on my door at night so I slept good. New hotel across street if you need a room.”

“Im not sure what all the negativity is because I have never had a bad experience! Ive gone to Gilroy CVS pharmacy for about 20 years or so and before that they were Longs drugs i think so actually about 40 years. They auto refill and send me reminders to pick up. I can easily use the drive thru if im just not feelin up to goin in. Every now and then the drive thru is closed but its not a big deal. The convenience of it is huge. My prescriptions are ready on time and they send a text for that too if i want to avoid driving there and waiting. Most pharmacies are a bit understaffed ive noticed and despite that the employees dont rush me if i have questions. They make calls to my physician if theres a problem and then call me when its straightened out. They do a good job and are friendly despite all the rude people they deal with all day. I recently watched a lady yell at an employee because her insurance wouldnt pay (not the employees fault!) and she was calm and friendly and offered to see if they would pay for the generic version. I mean seriously, theyre doing their best!”
