“My husband and I have loved Barcelino for years but mostly shopped the SF store. We recently needed a very special shirt and tie for "Father of the Bride" for our daughter's wedding. We decided to go to the Barcelino store in Hillsdale Mall rather than all the way into the City . . . it was the best decision we could have made! Garo and Monty gave us their undivided attention and showed us selections we might have overlooked. It is a very friendly store with beautifully made clothes and the San Mateo store is now our "go-to" store!”

“My two kids (9 year old daughter, 7 year old son) both had an amazing time at their week at Camp Couture! The first day, they came home and instantly said it was the best camp they'd been to and have to come back (and they have been to many camps!). Before, my son had only limited experience hand sewing, but learned to sew several stitches by hand and even proficiently use a sewing machine. My daughter can now independently sew complex projects on a sewing machine. They made so many, very cool projects during the week. I was blown away each day. They each made a stylish, lined hoodie and a stuffie all in just one day. Other projects included a quilt (made from my son's favorite outgrown T-shirts), a cool backpack and bag that I could totally see in a high-end store, and animal-shaped pin cushions. Each week, they have different projects to mix it up. I was impressed with how great of a teacher Alexandria was. She was patient, encouraging, and knew how to challenge and meet each student where they were. They learned so much in just one week. You can tell she puts a lot of care into the projects she designs for each kid and the individualized prep she needs to do each night for each one's level, interest, and choice of project. We're so lucky we found this camp and will definitely be returning!”

My 15 year old daughter placed an online order at a mall miles from our house (it's where she found her size) and when I went to pick up the order I didn't have the order number or bar code. They used to have great back to school deals but not this time around… The staff more than makes up for the price increase. A staff will always come and ask if you need help with anything if they see you with a confused look in your face. Clean restroom too!”

“Omg April did an AMAZING JOB of literally helping me find EXACTLY what i needed to feel confident, and ready to attack the day- beautiful, quality clothing for my new job at a Car Dealership. Being 21, I always thought of Ann Taylor as an intimidating and high-end place almost exclusively for mature women professionals who knew what to buy and what they were doing. At the same time, I've always adored professional dress. Even though I've worked in sales, and just recently luxury sales, I've always been unsure and basically uneducated on how to match colors, fabrics, cuts, and styles. April literally guided me helping me pick out very tasteful and professional outfits. Figuring out what was appropriate, what matched, warm and cool colors, pairing fabrics, differentiating how the same color could look different across wool and cotton. Who knew? I felt like a scared kitten going in and now I feel like a more educated confident woman. I shop with confidence and not with fear. I'm proud of my credit there cuz it means I'm going to be best dressed at my job, period. I feel best when I look good, like I can literally achieve anything. Something about being a professional and female and being taken seriously- it's really, really empowering. I'm really thankful for my experience at Ann Taylor AND APRIL and I cannot wait for another 40% off sale..”

It's a rather vig store and cell phone reception indicated 5G+, but speed was abysmal when trying to open the H&M app for my QR code.It's the post-holiday rush, so the fitting room line wait was lengthy, and so were the registers, but that's to be expected. Nice store overall!”

“Super helpful and friendly staff especially considering they were packed with customers on a Sunday afternoon. They even wrapped my purchase with tissue in the bag, which was a nice touch of privacy because I was shopping with family. The dressing rooms atmosphere is luxurious. Slight ding in star ⭐️ points because there was a lot of merchandise placed in random drawers (S,M,L,XL) that should be sorted a bit better. Based on what I saw there wasn’t any time for the staff to do much else besides help customers so maybe they should consider having a few extra employees on the weekends to help with demand and keep the place in tip top shape. Overall it good experience and their products are great: comfortable, affordable for the quality, and feel/look lush.”

I found a black dress I loved and only one size was left, so she made the extra effort and checked 3 boxes that had just arrived and she found more sizes in the bottom box, so I was very excited and grateful! Aura Sheath Dress (3/4 sleeve/V neck) is the perfect style, material and very flattering on! I bought black and officer blue and love them both! “I like Macy's in general, and this is one of the stores where I really enjoy shopping in. It's a smaller Macy's store but it has everything that you need and great selection. Numerous options of clothing, shoes, bags. This Macy's is part of the Hillsdale Mall and that makes it even more enjoyable when you can shop at other stores after you're done at Macy's. I especially like the jewelry department at this Macy's. I purchased unique pieces of jewelry here that I did not see at other Macy's stores. The store is well maintained and is in good shape and I hope will remain open for many many years. I don't want retail stores to go away, they are a great asset in our lives.”
