“My husband and I have loved Barcelino for years but mostly shopped the SF store. We recently needed a very special shirt and tie for "Father of the Bride" for our daughter's wedding. We decided to go to the Barcelino store in Hillsdale Mall rather than all the way into the City . . . it was the best decision we could have made! Garo and Monty gave us their undivided attention and showed us selections we might have overlooked. It is a very friendly store with beautifully made clothes and the San Mateo store is now our "go-to" store!”

This is also owned by the Gap company so my latest online purchase was delivered from Gap. my last purchase was around $70 on sale for about $14 so it’s good to shop between seasons.”

I was able to complete an exchange recieve excellent service regarding price match. The associates customer service was super nice. I don't remember their names, but they were amazing They did an amazing job making my shopping experience excellent. Customers go here instead of the Livermore location. They were there to help and make my shopping experience smooth!!”

“Great Staff! Very helpful and friendly. Prices have gone up! I always get all my daughters school uniforms here. Disappointed that they’ve discontinued the cartwheel shorts. They used to have great back to school deals but not this time around… The staff more than makes up for the price increase. A staff will always come and ask if you need help with anything if they see you with a confused look in your face. Clean restroom too!”

My 15 year old daughter placed an online order at a mall miles from our house (it's where she found her size) and when I went to pick up the order I didn't have the order number or bar code. Jocelyn went above and beyond to locate the order and retrieve it from the locker. This saved me tons of time and mileage. I really really appreciate the fantastic customer service she provided.”

“Coincidently, they had the exact jeans I was looking for in my size right in front of the door. It's a rather vig store and cell phone reception indicated 5G+, but speed was abysmal when trying to open the H&M app for my QR code.It's the post-holiday rush, so the fitting room line wait was lengthy, and so were the registers, but that's to be expected. Nice store overall!”

“I went to Foot Locker on the evening of December 12 and I was looking for a pair of high top sneakers. Unfortunately Gabi wasn't able to help me find something in my size but we were able to find a very cool black Nike zip up hoodie. It was great so the trip was not made unnecessarily. “My experience shopping at UNIQLO was positive and easy. The store has a tremendous amount of inventory and shopping space. The clothes are clean looking and hip. “I like Macy's in general, and this is one of the stores where I really enjoy shopping in. It's a smaller Macy's store but it has everything that you need and great selection. Numerous options of clothing, shoes, bags. This Macy's is part of the Hillsdale Mall and that makes it even more enjoyable when you can shop at other stores after you're done at Macy's. I especially like the jewelry department at this Macy's. I purchased unique pieces of jewelry here that I did not see at other Macy's stores. The store is well maintained and is in good shape and I hope will remain open for many many years. I don't want retail stores to go away, they are a great asset in our lives.”
