“Though I was born in San Francisco, I’ve been coming in to the Terra Linda Northgate Macys for 31 years!!! My mom (RIP) was always a fan of this store specifically. Year in and year out her wardrobe was filled with Macy products. My siblings and I will always and have always had the fondest memories growing school year after school fitted out with all kinds of attire from top to bottom.
And still as I age, happily married and evolving as a human I look forward to every trip to this Macys. It’s a tradition it’s an experience and only the best kind of people have worked there. I’ve seen many associates come and go yet there is always an extended “family” member that is waiting to greet me at Macys. Thank you Maureen thank you Leslie.
Please Macys never close your doors.”
“When I heard it was the best Target in The Bay Area, I was intrigued. I had to see for myself. My assessment? Yes, it is, in fact, the best Target in the Bay Area.”
“Like this shop, good to pop in to find good value clothes for sport party or day to day. We managed to go in and find a few good things and get done in half an hour. Highly recommended.”
“Sherry is the best manager anyone could ask for. These shoes did not have a tag and she took 20 minutes to look for a price and finally found it. She went above and beyond please give her a raise. I am so thankful we have people Like Sherry working here”

“Your curbside pickup is quick and easy. I order online and pickup same day. When the line inside is long, having it delivered to the car is a blessing to avoid crowds. I appreciate some items taking longer for store-delivery, but even this couldn't be any more convenient. Thank you Northgate Macy's!”

“I was shopping for a mirror with my husband. Jan was so incredibly helpful and kind. We found the perfect hollwood style mirror with Jan’s help. She went way above and way beyond her job duties and I don’t think she will ever understand how much her help meant to me.
Jan, I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and good heart. I know you’re management, but I hope someone higher up in the company sees this. Jan embodies exceptional customer service and is an all around good human being. She is the reason we will continue to always shop at homegoods!”
