While her San Rafael store had a good chunk of what we needed, without her knowledge of the entire Tap inventory structure I would have been out of luck. Terrific customer service, something I've frequently had at Tap but never take for granted!”

Yesterday I was greeted with the comment, “May I help you?” And the service provided could not have been fully anticipated. John Troller went to the source; that is, the instruction manual of a new faucet available on the shelf. Three of us at home had worked on this faucet trying to fix it. John was able to fix it quickly, efficiently. I am very appreciative of his assistance. Now I do not have to call a plumber. The whole experience was actually enjoyable for me. “I've not been to Home Depot in quite a few years. Today, I walked through the doors, I noticed how organized this location was. I had a quick look around and realized, I needed help with not only answering a few questions about toilets, but getting the toilet I ultimately chose to the cash register. I found a gentleman named Brock, who answered all my questions about what they had in stock. He also helped with the handle for the shower. I felt like a VIP working with this man who ultimately asked for extra assistance from David, his coworker to put it in my car. Come to find out, Brock was the manager of this location. Thank you so much Brock and David for making my experience at Home Depot pleasant!”

“Customer service is #1! Finally moving out of the city and somehow attaining a backyard, my hunt for a new grill led me to Jackson’s as they are one of the few distributors of the brand I was interested in. From the moment I spoke to an associate on the phone, I knew I was working with qualified and passionate people. Chris was super knowledgeable and validated (as well as expanded) much of the prior research I had done online. Not pushy, yet professional and (again) passionate. My timing was fortunate as it lined up closely with their big annual sale. Since it was shaping up to be a larger purchase, they scheduled an early sale private shopping session for me before the official sale started. Chris made the extra effort to be there during my shopping session and continued to be a huge help. I look forward to having Jackson’s as my go-to hardware store. If you value customer service, you should make them yours as well.”
